It is my last day at Hay Park School. I am very nervous to move to another school. Here are some photos of our graduation:

Rotoroa

Hi guys yesterday we went to Rotoroa  Island. Here is my writing of what I did there:
Rotoroa Island  conservation trip writing

When we arrived in the city, we all went through bio-security check to make sure we do not accidentally take any pests,  dirty shoes, bags that have holes in it to the Island because Rotoroa Island is pest free.

After that we went in the boat.

I was in the boat but then I felt a little sick but after that I felt better.

We sat in the boat and it took us two hours to arrive at Rotoroa Island and when we did we had a long walk to explore the Island. We learnt about beautiful native birds like Weka,Takahe and Saddle back.

Then we learnt about native plants,special plants that makes us better when we feel sick like the honey you collect from the Kanuka or Manuka tree

Swallowing too much of it will make you really sick but just swallowing the right amount of it will make you a lot better.

Then we saw lots of native plants and animals.

We had loads of fun there at Rotoroa Island.     

Afer we have done all the outdoors activity that took 7 hours. Then we headed to the boat to leave Rotoroa island and it took us two hours to arrive in the city.

While the boat started moving It was rocking side to side. I felt very tired and ended up sleeping in the boat for two hours.

Shopping with mathematical mum

On a nice ordinary day when I was spending time on T.V in my room. Suddenly I heard a knock noise coming from the room door.I opened the door it was Vaidika and her earrings were swinging side by side  when she entered the room Vaidika said”we are going to go shopping and after that we are going to the library”. I said “ I don’t want to go”. Vaidika said “ after that I will give you lolly” After a while I said “ Ok,than I will come”. Than I and Vaidika Went to the library and issues some books, and we readed. Than we went home after getting the lollies.WE went home because Vaidika did not wanted to go shopping so we went home.

Today we have played hockey i have learnt that when you play hockey you must keep your feet well away from the ball to avoid possible feet injury and keep your hockey stick below the ground. Here is a  photos of us playing hockey.

 Things you will need: 

32 pieces - king, Queen,  2 Bishops,  2 Knights, 2 Rooks, 16  Pawns  an opponent.

Chess was invented in the 6th century. It was first made in India because the king was too lazy to fight so he made a chess game.He got a servant to make it for him.

A man came to show us how to play chess.We started to play the game with a partner and that's me playing with Shreya and Amanda.Here  is a photo of us playing chess.

Today we went to the hockey with  Mr Bryan  i learnt how to control the hockey ball with an hockey stick. Scott class was so excited. Here's an photo of Roman holding an hockey stick.

In Scott class i have learnt my spelling and i was using sign ningas to say the words using sign language.

Week 1 gymnastics

What do tuck shape, front support, landing position and straddle have in common? They are all gymnastics terms.
 Today Scott class went to gymnastics and i learnt to do all the different  new things such as Rear support, Tuck shape, Front support, L shape and straddle.

Yesterday we were learning to make stop animation using the chromebook we worked in with two other people because one person needs to take snapshot's and two other people need's to make there favourite shapes using playdough.It did go well we liked it.
